Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within the United States only at this time.
Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
No Exchanges or Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges or accept returns on mats. We encourage you to carefully review the product details and specifications before completing your purchase, especially for custom orders.

Damaged or Defective Products or Incorrect Orders
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective mat or incorrect order, please contact our customer support team at CulturedGreeting@Gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a suitable solution. For Incorrect Orders, we will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you and provide instructions for returning the incorrect mat, if necessary.

Return Authorization
Since we do not accept returns unless it is an incorrect order, it is essential to contact our customer support team and obtain proper authorization before sending back any items. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.

Return Shipping Costs
If a return is authorized for a damaged, defective, or incorrect mat, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label or reimburse your return shipping costs. Please follow the instructions provided by our customer support team for returning the item.
